By completing the membership form, you are agreeing to the terms of this agreement. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of the administrators of this site. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once you have submitted the join form, you will have become a 'member'.

  1. As a member, you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees in accordance with the fee plans at the time. And at this time, the fee plan is as follows:

    $17.95 via 900#    		  

    For ease of administration and to ensure all members are kept satisfied, all membership fees will be automatically billed against the member's credit card number (900# members will be responsible to renew on their own), which has been provided on the membership form, unless this site is notified in writing or via email at bknowlt2@san.rr.com.

    Automatic renewal will occur on a monthly basis after the plan period has finished. The cost of renewal will not exceed the subscription cost at the time of the member's initial subscription. Cost of renewal will not be affected by any increase in this site's subscription rates.

    A member's username and password must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate suspension of this site's services to the member. This site, under law, must hold the member liable for any unauthorized breach of membership resulting from their actions.

    The administrators of this site have the right to refuse membership to any individual and have the right to cancel a membership. Membership fees are non-refundable.

    Members are responsible for providing the administrators of this site with notification of new credit card details for continued membership once their card has expired.

    Members may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing bknowlt2@san.rr.com or going to the cancellation page. Cancellations are immediately effective; if a member wishes to cancel before their billing period is over... any remaining days left on the subscription will be forfeited.

    Members are responsible for providing all necessary equipment to gain access to this site.

    Any liability of this site including, without limitation, and under any course of action, will be limited to the amount paid by a member for the preceeding six (6) months. Some countries, states, and territories do not allow claims to be limited to exclude incidental damages so the above (paragraph 6) may not apply.

    With the exception of public domain material - this site owns the rights, be it through copyright or license agreements to display content of an adult nature for private non-commercial enjoyment. Should this site be in violation of this, please contact bknowlt2@san.rr.com.

    With regard to competitions, members' contributions are deemed to be assigned to this site once the email containing contributed material has been sent.

    All information transmitted via email is deemed public domain material.

    Memberships are not transferable.

    Without limitation, this site does not offer any warranty to any aspect of the service be it a service provided directly by this site or a third-party source.

    This Agreement in its entirety contains the entire agreement between the member and this site. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
